SMS Opt-In

This page shows exactly how The Social Engine collects consent for text messages, so it can be reviewed without creating an account. The Social Engine is operated by Cook and Company Coaching Inc.

Where opt-in happens

During signup and onboarding at tapandpost.com, an account holder enters their own mobile number and checks an unchecked consent box. Consent is never pre-checked, is never bundled with any other agreement, and is not a condition of purchase. The number is only ever the account holder’s own — we never accept, upload, or purchase third-party lists.

The exact consent wording

The SMS Terms and Privacy Policy are linked at the point of consent and in the site footer. Each opt-in is stored with a timestamp.

Program & messages

Program: The Social Engine post-review & account alerts. It is an account-notification program only — we send no third-party marketing. Examples:

• The Social Engine: Your post is ready to review before it goes live. Approve, edit, or veto it in the app. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• The Social Engine: Your video finished rendering and is ready to post. Open the app to approve or veto. Reply STOP to opt out.
• The Social Engine: A new device just signed in to your account. If this was not you, secure your account at tapandpost.com. Reply STOP to opt out.

Frequency, cost, and how to stop

Message frequency varies with your posting activity (typically a few messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel — we send one confirmation and then stop. Reply START to resume, or HELP for help. You can also email support@tapandpost.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
